ABOUT QUALITY IMPROVEMENT 

The Collaboration and Team Science program has both educational and consultative resources available to support the development and implementation of successful Performance (PI) and Quality Improvement (QI) projects throughout the CCTST.

 

QI has meaningful applications beyond the clinical setting. It can support the improvement of research, community-based programs, education initiatives and administrative operations. The CaTS team can provide training, and we offer a library of helpful readings and tools available in the resources section below.
